Eric Tacl is a passionate advocate for neurodiversity and the untapped potential within individuals who learn differently. His personal journey, navigating the landscape of learning disabilities from a young age, has ignited a powerful mission to reshape perceptions and foster inclusive support systems. This dedication has been a driving force throughout his academic pursuits, culminating in a Doctorate of Business Administration in Economics from Saint Mary's University of Minnesota, a Master of Business Administration from Hamline University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Augsburg University.
Beyond academia, Eric brings eight years of dynamic experience in the financial industry, marked by significant contributions to prominent organizations including Wells Fargo, U.S. Bank, and J.P. Morgan, as well as the fast-paced environment of multi-billion dollar startups. His career is characterized by a drive for innovation, a focus on building strong relationships, and a proven ability to deliver impactful results.
As a proud veteran, Eric honorably served six years in the Minnesota National Guard, an experience that instilled in him the values of discipline, leadership, and unwavering commitment. This foundation, combined with his professional and academic achievements, provides a unique and multifaceted perspective that informs his work and his advocacy.
Driven by the belief that different thinking is a gift, not a disadvantage, Eric is committed to empowering neurodivergent individuals to recognize their inherent strengths and to building a more inclusive and understanding world. He is currently working on a book chronicling his personal journey and insights, with future aspirations to establish a charter school and support network dedicated to neurodivergent children and their families.
