About Dr. Eric Tacl | Author & Neurodiversity Advocate

Eric Tacl is a passionate advocate for neurodiversity and the untapped potential within
individuals who learn differently. His personal journey, navigating the landscape of
learning disabilities from a young age, has ignited a powerful mission to reshape
perceptions and foster inclusive support systems. This dedication has been a driving
force throughout his academic pursuits, culminating in a Doctorate of Business
Administration in Economics from Saint Mary's University of Minnesota, a Master of
Business Administration from Hamline University, and a Bachelor of Arts in
Communication from Augsburg University.

Beyond academia, Eric brings eight years of dynamic experience in the financial
industry, marked by significant contributions to prominent organizations including Wells
Fargo, U.S. Bank, and J.P. Morgan, as well as the fast-paced environment of multi-
billion dollar startups. His career is characterized by a drive for innovation, a focus on
building strong relationships, and a proven ability to deliver impactful results.
As a proud veteran, Eric honorably served six years in the Minnesota National Guard,
an experience that instilled in him the values of discipline, leadership, and unwavering
commitment. This foundation, combined with his professional and academic
achievements, provides a unique and multifaceted perspective that informs his work
and his advocacy.

Driven by the belief that different thinking is a gift, not a disadvantage, Eric is committed
to empowering neurodivergent individuals to recognize their inherent strengths and to
building a more inclusive and understanding world. He is currently working on a book
chronicling his personal journey and insights, with future aspirations to establish a
charter school and support network dedicated to neurodivergent children and their
families.
